Customer Service

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Products are delivered from our warehouse in Tallinn or directly from the factory.
    Information with stocking estimations is usually shown among the product information.
    If item is in stock, we usually ship within the 24h (on working days), if some items in your order are backordered, we will wait till all items have arrived, and then ship them together.

  • Privacy & Security

    Your privacy is important for us. Your personal data, and location will never be shared with any third party, except the data needed by courier for product delivery or required so by the law of Estonia/EU.

  • Returns

    We accept returns within 14 days of product arrival of all our generic products.
    We can't accept returns, if the item is specially ordered and assembled for your needs.

    Please contact us to request our return address and then ship within 3 days. We cannot accept returns if you have not first requested our return address.

    Items must be received in same condition as they were received and in original packaging.
    Merchandise that has been opened, used, or altered will not be refunded.

    All shipping costs for returning items are always paid by the buyer. We issue refund after receiving the item back to our warehouse.
    50 € restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund.


  • Received package, but item is missing

    Our shipping department works hard to get all orders out on time and with the correct content... but we are human and from time to time a mistake may occur.
    All orders are shipped together in full (except products shipped directly from the factory) unless we notify you otherwise.
    If your order is missing an item, please let us know immediately, so we can fix the situation.
    Please inform us of missing items within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Payment

    We accept Wire transfer, and PayPal payments (including Visa, MasterCard and Amex).
